Itinerary
Day 1: HELSINKI, FINLAND (D)

Welcome to Helsinki – the capital Finland. On arrival check into your hotel on your own anytime after 1500 hrs. Later at 1600 hrs we proceed on a guided city tour of Helsinki. See the important parts of Helsinki – Presidential Palace, Lutheran Church, Senate Square, Opera House and Sibelius Park. Later, we visit Helsinki Cathedral & Uspenski cathedral. Helsinki Cathedral is an Evangelic Lutheran church, and for many, it is the symbol of Helsinki and The Uspenski Cathedral is a Russian Orthodox cathedral on the Katajanokka peninsula in Helsinki. It is the largest Orthodox church in Western Europe. Overnight at the hotel in Helsinki.

Day 2: ROVANIEMI, FINLAND (B, D)

Today, proceed to the airport for your flight to Rovaniemi – the official hometown of Santa Claus in Lapland. Located at the northern Arctic Circle also known as the world Christmas capital and land of eight different seasons. Upon arrival proceed to the hotel and check-in. Later, visit the Arktikum Science Museum, and see the exhibition that showcases the Arctic Centre’s research findings, which deal with issues like climate change and life today in the Arctic region. Overnight at the hotel in Rovaniemi.

Day 3: ROVANIEMI, FINLAND (B, LL, D)

Today, on a guided tour visit the Reindeer Farm, where we meet people living at the farm with wild and trained safari reindeers. All facts and fiction about reindeer herding in Finland will be narrated by the guide. Later, continue towards the Arctic Circle crossing where you will be presented by the Arctic Circle Certificate. Visit the Santa Claus Village. Santa has chosen this magic line of the Arctic Circle to be the place for his office. Tonight, experience the Midnight Sun phenomenon. Your private guide and coach will take you to a suitable spot for a picnic. Rovaniemi is part of the region called “The land of the midnight sun”, this means that during the summer time (6th of June to 7th of July) the sun doesn’t set below the horizon. Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Day 4: HELSINKI, FINLAND and TALLINN, ESTONIA (B, D)

Today, check out of the hotel and drive to the airport and board flight to Helsinki. Upon arrival, we proceed to the pier to take a ferry to Tallinn, Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea. Overnight at the hotel in Tallinn.

Day 5: TALLINN, ESTONIA and OVERNIGHT FERRY TO STOCKHOLM (B, L, ID)

Today, proceed for a guided city tour of Tallinn. Your journey begins with a drive through the beautiful district of Kadriorg. You will also see the Toompea Hill, Parliament building, Dome Church, St. Nicholas Church, Town Hall Square, St. Catherine Passage, Kadriorg Park and Castle. Next, we Visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral which is an orthodox cathedral in the Old Town. It was built to a design, by Mikhail Preobrazhensky in a typical Russian revival style and is Tallinn’s largest and grandest orthodox cupola cathedral. Later, we drive to, the pier to board the overnight ferry to Stockholm. Overnight on board the Ferry (Sea View Cabin).

Day 6: STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (B, L, D)

Today, disembark and proceed on a guided city tour of Stockholm. See the Opera House and Alfred Nobel’s House. Next, we proceed to visit the famous Vasa Museum – Sweden’s most visited museum enshrining the warship Vasa, sunk inside Stockholm harbour while on her maiden voyage in 1628. The ship was built to the order of the great Vasa king, Gustavus Adolphus, Later we visit Royal Palace home of the Swedish royal family. The Palace houses several of the greatest and most interesting sights in Stockholm – the Royal Apartments, the Hall of State and much more. Then, we visit the Stockholm City Hall – one of Sweden’s most famous buildings. The Stockholm City Hall is the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet held on 10th December each year. Overnight at the hotel in Stockholm.

Day 7: STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN and BERGEN, NORWAY (B, IL, D)

Today, check-out of the hotel and drive to the airport for our flight to Bergen. Its city center is situated among a group of, mountains known as “De Syv Fjell” and it is the second largest city in Norway. On arrival, we begin our guided panoramic city tour of Bergen, including a visit to the popular Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour with its gabled houses and the old Hanseatic Quarter. Later, we proceed to The fløibanen Funicular in Bergen which is one of the most popular attractions in all of Norway. The funicular ride up to the top of fløibanen mountain (320 metres above sea level) takes 5-6 minutes. There is also a cafe and restaurant with breathtaking views. Overnight at the hotel in Bergen.

Day 8: NORWAY IN A NUTSHELL and GEILO, NORWAY (B, ID)

Today, drive to Voss and take a train to Myrdal which is surrounded by rivers, mountains, fjord and lakes. Ride the Myrdal railway station to board Scenic Flamsbana train to enjoy the most beautiful train journey in the world Myrdal – Flam. This train ride will give you the breathtaking experience of Norway. See the magnificent Kjosfossen Waterfall. Later take a leisurely fjord cruise to Gudvangen and experience one of the most beautiful and popular fjord areas in Norway. Upon arrival, soak in the spectacular natural beauty, peace and harmony. Join your coach and drive to Geilo – a town in southern Norway known for ski resorts and mountain trails. Overnight in Geilo.

Day 9: OSLO, NORWAY (B, L, D)

Today, drive to Oslo. Upon arrival, a guided panoramic city tour of Oslo, see Parliament Square, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, Royal Palace and Akershus Castle, The Norwegian Defence Museum and City Hall. Visit Holmenkollen Ski area. Next visit Vigeland Park, where you will see sculpted works of Gustav Vigeland. Later, we visit the Polar Ship Museum, which houses the most famous Norwegian polar exploration boat of all time, the icebreaker Fram. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 10: MALMO, SWEDEN and COPENHAGEN, DENMARK (B, D)

Today, drive to Copenhagen. En-route we bypass the city of Malmo in Sweden. On reaching Sweden, we proceed on an Orientation tour of Malmo city. See Sankt Petri church, Malmo Opera and Music theatre, Gustav Adolf square and City hall. Later, we drive on the Oresund bridge. The 16 km bridge and tunnel links, Malmo with Denmark’s capital Copenhagen. It is situated on the Islands of Zealand and Amager. Overnight in Copenhagen.

Day 11: COPENHAGEN, DENMARK (B, D)

Today, proceed for a guided panoramic city tour of Copenhagen which reveals impressive sights such as the Renaissance Stock Exchange, Christiansborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and Danish Parliament. Also see the ‘Little Mermaid’ the national symbol of Denmark, the statue inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s sad fairytale. Next, we proceed for a guided tour of Rosenborg Castle, A royal hermitage set in the King’s Garden in the heart of Copenhagen, Rosenborg Castle features 400 years of splendour, royal art treasures, the Crown Jewels and Royal Regalia. We visit the Armory Chamber and Crown Jewels. Later, enjoy the sights of Copenhagen on your canal cruise. Overnight in Copenhagen.

Day 12: RETURN HOME (B)
