Itinerary
Day 1: MASAI MARA, KENYA (L, D)

Jambo! Welcome to Kenya. After you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi, you will board your safari van to be driven to the Masai Mara National Park (one group transfer), a large game reserve in Narok County, Kenya. Overnight in Masai Mara.

Day 2: MASAI MARA (B, L, D)

Today you will be taken for an extensive drive into the reserve to see varied kinds of game, such as crocodiles and hippos resting in the water. Another game drive in the afternoon will take you even deeper into the reserve and you have good chances of seeing plenty of wild beasts such as elephants, buffaloes, zebras, rhinos and leopards and lions. Overnight in Masai Mara.

Day 3: LAKE NAIVASHA (B, L, D)

JAfter breakfast you are driven to the picturesque Lake Naivasha. Here you will be taken on a boat ride on the picturesque Lake Naivasha. This is also a good site for bird watching since there are over 300 species of birds in the vicinity. Overnight in Lake Naivasha.

Day 4: JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA (B, D)

Today you are driven to Nairobi, to take your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival at O. R. Tambo International Airport, our coach will transfer you to your Johannesburg hotel for the night. Overnight in Johannesburg.

Day 5: GARDEN ROUTE (B, PL, D)

Today you take a domestic flight to Port Elizabeth. From there you proceed to ‘The Garden Route’, a scenic stretch of the southeastern coast of South Africa, stretching from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape to the Storms River. Your coach crosses the river by the Paul Sauer Bridge, a deck arch bridge in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. En-route there is a stop at The Bloukraans Bridge in Tistsikamma National Park, to take a thrilling experience of walking on the Bridge watching the incredible sight where you have the chance to bungee jump off one of the world’s highest bungee jump bridges. Overnight on The Garden Route.

Day 6: GARDEN ROUTE (B, PL, D)

After breakfast, you will proceed to Oudtshoorn. En-route there is a stop at the Cango Caves. You will visit the first two chambers of the Cango Caves, in which the stalactite and stalagmite formations are an incredible sight. Thereafter you will visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch where there are good chances of seeing a large number of seldom seen animals. You can also venture into the Crocodile enclosure and visit the Snake Park and Cheetahland. Photograph yourself cuddling a cheetah by paying a nominal fee. You next visit an Ostrich Farm to get a closeup view of these magnificent birds. Overnight on The Garden Route.

Day 7: GARDEN ROUTE (B, PL, D)

Today you can either take it easy and relax in the comfort of your hotel, or you can opt to choose from the Optional Sightseeing by paying a nominal price. Overnight on The Garden Route.

Day 8: CAPE TOWN (B, PL, D)

Today, we check-out and continue our journey along the Garden Route to Cape Town. Also known as the ‘Mother City’ in the Western Cape, Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa and has a cultural heritage spanning more than 300 years. This city is recognised as one of the most beautiful cities in the world – perched between the ocean and the mountain, with a national park as its heart. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 9: CAPE TOWN (B, L, D)

Today after breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Cape Town with its majestic Table Mountain backdrop. See the Houses of Parliament and the ‘Tuinhuis’ (President’s Office), the Company Gardens, St. George’s’ Cathedral and the Malay Quarter. Visit the world-famous Table Mountain, (weather permitting). Later we undertake the Helicopter Ride which gives us stunning views of the Mother City. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 10: CAPE TOWN (B, PL, D)

Today’s programme features a visit to the Cape of Good Hope. Your tour takes you to the fishing harbour of Hout Bay for a short cruise to the Seal Island, via the Atlantic Coast to Cape Point. Marvel at the view of the southern-most tip of South Africa where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. Take a funicular ride up to the lighthouse for the majestic view. Thereafter there is a visit to Boulders Beach, just after the picturesque village of Simons’s Town. The beach has a healthy population of African Penguins since there are fewer predators on this part of the coast. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 11: CAPE TOWN (B, D)

Today you can either take it easy and relax in the comfort of your hotel, or you can opt to choose from the Optional Sight-seeing by paying a nominal price. The Mother City has loads of activities, gourmet experiences, beaches and Night Life to offer. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 12: RETURN HOME (B)

Today, After breakfast, your ‘African Delight’ tour ends as you check out of the hotel. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made.
