Itinerary
Day 1: AUSTRIA (D)

Welcome to Vienna – capital city of Austria . On arrival check into your hotel on your own anytime after 1500 hrs. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 2: SLOVENIA (B, D)

Today, drive to Lake Bled, a lake in the Julian Alps of the Upper Carniolan region of north western Slovenia, where it adjoins the town of Bled. On arrival, proceed on an Orientation tour of Lake Bled. During free time you may enjoy a boat ride on the typical “pletna” boat. You may also visit the lone Island in the midst of the Lake Bled on your own. where the St. Mary’s Church beckons visitors with its bell. Overnight at Slovenia/Austria.

Day 3: S:OVENIA – BUDAPEST (B, D)

Today, proceed to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia, one of the most charming cities in all of Europe and is filled with museums, theatre, historic sites and many other attractions. On arrival, proceed on an orientation tour of Ljubljana – its picturesque bridges across the river Ljubljana, See St. Nicholas Cathedral, Dragon bridge and Triple bridge. Drive to Budapest. Overnight at Budapest.

Day 4: BUDAPEST (B, D)

Today, on a guided tour of Budapest, See the Buda Castle, the Chain Bridge, built upon the request of Count István Széchenyi between 1839 and 1849, the Parliament, Heroes’ Square, the capital’s most spectacular square with the column of the Millennium Memorial, on the top of which archangel Gabriel is holding the Holy Crown and the apostolic double cross. Drive on the famous Andrassy Avenue with its outstandingly beautiful Opera House. Visit fisherman’s Bastian. In the evening, enjoy the views of this beautiful city at Danube river point. Overnight at the hotel in Budapest.

Day 5: BRATISLAVA – PRAGUE (B, D)

Today, drive to Bratislava – the capital of Slovakia. On arrival, we proceed on an orientation tour of Bratislava, where we see the Old Town, with its Roland Fountain in the square .Later we drive to Prague, capital city of Czech Republic. Overnight at Prague.

Day 6: PRAGUE (B, D)

Today, morning we proceed on a guided walking tour of Prague. Visit the 1000-year-old Hradcany Castle, the former residence of the Bohemian kings and St. Vitus Cathedral. Walk down from the Palace to Charles Bridge, founded in 1357 by Charles IV. We, also visit the Old Town Square with its Town Hall and Astronomical Clock, one of the outstanding sights of Prague. Overnight in Prague.

Day 7: VIENNA (B, D)

Today, we drive to Vienna – capital of Austria. Upon arrival, proceed on a guided tour of Vienna. Drive on the Ring Boulevard and see the State Opera House, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. We, also make a photo stop at the Hofburg – former winter residence of the Habsburg family and the Belvedere Palace – former summer residence of Prince Eugene, See Schönbrunn Palace which was not only an imperial residence and the setting for countless festivities, but also a place where famous artists and craftsmen from many different epochs created interiors of great beauty. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 8: RETURN HOME (B)

Today, after continental breakfast your ‘Glimpses of East Europe’ tour ends as you check out of the hotel. We hope you have thoroughly enjoyed your tour of Europe. Write in and tell us how you enjoyed it and give us any suggestions you may have. Goodbye till we meet again!
