Itinerary
Day 1: WELCOME TO FRANKFURT (D)

On arrival, you will be transfered to your hotel (Check-in time is after 1500 hrs). Overnight in Frankfurt.

Day 2: FRANKFURT & RHINE CRUISE, GERMANY (B, D)

Today, we visit the Romerberg – Frankfurt’s iconic square is home to a host of delights, from the picturesque mediaeval buildings to historic markets. Later, cruise along the scenic Rhine River to the beautiful town of St. Goar. Later, drive to Heidelberg. Overnight in Germany.

Day 3: HEIDELBERG, TITISEE & CUCKOO CLOCK DEMONSTRATION, GERMANY (B, D)

Today, go on an orientation tour of Heidelberg and spend some time in its beautiful Altstadt (Old Town). Drive to Titisee – in the heart of the forest, this small picturesque town with a beautiful lake is surrounded by mountains of the Black Forest. Here, see the demonstration of how the Cuckoo Clocks are made. Overnight in Germany.

Day 4: INNSBRUCK, CHANCE TO VISIT NORDKETTE, AUSTRIA (B, D)

Today, we drive to Innsbruck. On an orientation tour, see the ‘Goldenes Dachl’ – the Golden roof, an ornate Gothic balcony and a symbol of the city, the Heiblinghaus, a building resembling a wedding cake. Visit the Swarovski Crystals outlet where you have an opportunity to shop for the world famous Swarovski Crystals. Later, you have a chance to opt for a visit to level 2 of Nordkette Mountain, see a range of mountains just north of the city of Innsbruck in Austria. The breathtaking 360° view leaves a lasting impression with the capital of the Alps on one side and Tyrol’s most extensive conservation area on the other. Overnight in Innsbruck.

Day 5: ZELL AM SEE & SALZBURG, AUSTRIA (B, D)

Today, drive to Zell Am See – an instant heart-stealer, with its bluer-than-blue lake (Zeller See), pocket-sized centre studded with brightly painted chalets, and the snowcapped peaks of the Hohe Tauern. Next, drive to Salzburg. On an orientation walking tour, see the birthplace of the legendary Mozart, the Mirabell Palace with its landscaped gardens and the old town. Stroll along the Altstadt, which was recently granted World Heritage Status by UNESCO. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 6: HALLSTATT, VIENNA (B, D)

Today, drive to Hallstatt. Nestled between the edge of Hallstätter See and the towering Dachstein Mountains. Austria’s oldest and possibly most photographed village is something like a mirage. Capture the delightful houses built into the mountain, the glass-like lake, and the amazing mountains in the background. Later, on your orientation tour of Vienna, drive on the Ring Boulevard and see the State Opera House, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. Make a photostop at the Belvedere Palace former summer residence of Prince Eugene. Walk along the St. Stephensplatz and get enamored by the St. Stephens Cathedral – the symbol of Vienna. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 7: DAY FREE OR OPT FOR A VISIT TO SCHONBRUNN PALACE & BRATISLAVA (B, D)

Today, the day is free OR opt for a visit to the Schonbrunn Palace (the former summer residence of the Habsburg family). Schonbrunn Palace was not only an imperial residence and the setting for countless festivities, but also a place where famous artists and craftsmen from many different epochs created interiors of great beauty. Later, we drive to Bratislava – the capital of Slovakia. On arrival, we proceed on an orientation tour of Bratislava, where we see the old town, with its Roland Fountain in the square. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 8: RETURN HOME (B)

Today, we check out and drive to Vienna airport for your flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back many happy memories of your holiday. We would like you to spare a few minutes of your time to write and tell us how you enjoyed your holiday and any suggestions you may have for the future. (B)
